Thank you for choosing dooley.store. This shipping policy provides key data about the shipping procedure, estimated delivery dates, and related information.

Order Processing

To ensure your order is processed promptly, our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday.

We will process your order within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

Cancel Order

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order. You have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellation.

Delivery Time

You will receive your order in 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Due to unforeseen situations or events outside of our control, such as natural catastrophes or customs delays, delivery times are only an estimate. We do our best to provide our best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise precise delivery dates.

Shipping method

To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.

Shipping fee

We work to keep shipping costs fair and open. Shipping cost for all existing orders: $6.99.

Shipping Destination

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Lost package

Dooley store is not responsible for lost  packages.

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.

Restrictions

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee’s name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at [email protected]  with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
