1. How do I place an order on dooley.store?

Just select your favorite product, choose the size, then click the “Add to Cart” button and continue to checkout following the instructions.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods: PayPal and Payoneer.

3. Can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking code to track the status of your order.

4. How long does it take to ship?

You should receive your order within 7-15 business days from the date of order. Shipments will be made Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays, delivery times are estimates only. We try our best to provide the best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise an exact delivery date.

5. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order. You have 24 hours to cancel using the link in your confirmation email. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellations.

6. How much does shipping cost?

We strive to keep shipping costs fair and transparent. Shipping costs for all orders currently: $6.99.

7. What if the item is defective or damaged?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
